Why hasen't my billing stopped after cancelling my account?

Answer: If you've cancelled your account, there should be no further charges. If there has been an error and you're still being billed, please contact customer support ansd we'll resolve the issue.

Am I allowed to cancel my membership?

Answer: Yes, you can cancel at any time with no penalties. Once you've cancelled, you'll be able to access your account for the remainder of the paid term. You will no longer be billed after your account has been cancelled.

I want to cancel my account. What do I need to do?

Answer: You can easily cancel your account by clicking here and filling out our online cancellation form. If you prefer, you can call 1-855-274-6671 and a representative will assist you with your account cancellation.

What is your policy regarding refunds?

Refunds are frequently given under the following circumstances:

A) Technical issues with the site prevented you from using our service

B) Fraudulent activity occurred on your account

C) There was an accidental billing on your account; OR

D) You found your experience with our site to be unsatisfactory.
